  • Stripe – Payment processor (for secure payment processing)

  • Telegram – For private community access (only if you actively opt in)

Our content is hosted by Kajabi, which may store data in the United States. While Kajabi implements measures to comply with applicable data protection standards, including standard contractual clauses, you acknowledge that data may be processed outside your country of residence.

Kajabi and Stripe use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other legally approved data transfer mechanisms deemed adequate by the European Commission for international data transfers where required under applicable data protection legislation.

Any content voluntarily submitted by users (such as comments, testimonials, questions during live sessions, or community participation) may be visible to other participants in that context. We strongly encourage users to exercise caution and avoid sharing sensitive personal information in public or semi-public forums.

For the purposes of data protection laws, Vladyslav Grabarskyy is the data controller, responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing your personal data. Service providers such as Kajabi and Stripe act as data processors, processing data on our behalf and under our instructions.
